Council is committed to involving the public in its decision making processes whenever possible, which includes the ability to a ask question at a Council meeting.
To facilitate this a period of "Public Question Time" is set aside at the beginning of each Council meeting to enable a member of the public to put forward a specific question on any aspect of the Local Government’s business.
So, should you want to ask a question a ‘Public Question Time Submission Form’ can be obtained from the Shire Administration Office or download here.
Please note a question must be in eligible writing using this form, to be lodged with the Shire Administration prior to the commencement of the Council meeting.
